| Ryan founded d’aprile realty, inc. in 2004 focusing on residential real estate in the West Loop. Now, with over 35 full-time real estate agents d’aprile realty has expanded to cover the entire City of Chicago as well as the Western Suburbs. In 2008, notably one of the worst years in real estate as well as 2009, Ryan ranked in the Top 1% in production in the Chicago Association of Realtors. Being one of the largest associations of Realtors in the Country he takes great pride in that; he attributes achievement this to his team’s focus on client service and full-time dedication. Ryan prides himself on his work ethic, focus on his client’s needs and his ability to help his clients understand the process and the market condition. |
