Having a home inspection can be a nerve wracking experience, since the chance of finding a big, expensive problem is always in the back of your mind. It is important to remember that inspectors are only human and much of their work is subjective.
Experts can always disagree on the right solution to a problem and it is difficult sometimes to remember that many problems can have multiple solutions. It is worthwhile to consider getting multiple opinions on potential issues. Having the most information possible allows both parties to negotiate in good faith to an acceptable middle ground, before the deal falls apart.
